Project price - $20 an hour
Stages of cooperation:
1. I make a sketch of your house (floor plans, sections, facades, 3D). I make your corrections and wishes. You receive a sketch project (AR), based on which you can make working drawings.
2. You transfer the advance - 30% (any cards are accepted: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa).
3. I make working drawings - (1-4 weeks).
4. When the working project is ready, I send it to you for viewing in a small resolution or conduct a presentation on Skype. You pay another part of the payment - 50%.
5. You receive the project, study it, I answer all questions, make additions if necessary.
6. After that, you transfer the remaining part of the payment - 20%
7. We keep in touch during the entire process of building your home.
